Register as a customer and qualify for a discount

If you use our ferries more often, you can register as a customer in our app and then travel with a discount.

Register

Registration as a customer can be done as follows:

• Scan the QR code or click here to open the app
• Under ‘Account?’, select the ‘Log in / register’ button
• Select the button ‘Not yet a customer?’
• Enter the required information under ‘Become a customer’*
• Select the ‘Register’ button

You are now registered as a customer.

* if you are a resident of Altena and wish to use one of the two subscription types, you must successfully complete the IDIN check.

If you travel on a credit balance basis, you will receive a 25% discount when increasing.
Residents of the municipality of Altena also have the option to take out a subscription.

Increase credit balance

Please note: the upgraded credit balance cannot be used to take out an Altena subscription.

You can increase the credit balance as follows:

• Scan the QR code or click here to open the app
• Select the ‘Log in/register’ button
• Enter your registered email address and password
• Select the ‘Login’ button
• Select the ‘Increase’ button within your account details (accessible for already logged in users via the icon with a figure at the top right).
• Select the desired credit balance
• Select the ‘Pay’ button
• Select the payment method and select the ‘Pay’ button
• Your credit balance has been topped up after successful completion of the payment at your bank.

When using this generic discount scheme, you can register an unlimited number of license plates for all types of vehicles.

Take out a subscription (only for residents of the municipality of Altena)

A subscription can only be purchased by residents of the municipality of Altena. Checking whether you are a resident of the municipality of Altena will be done using a postal code check in combination with an IDIN check.
